Our facilities of 2.000 m2 are strategically located 20km away from Barcelona.
We are equipped with the latest technology, both to a productive and an IT level, to provide the best machining services. We have a dynamic, highly qualified service and know-how, which have been acquired over the years.
Fabrimotor facilities are fully automated and we work through CAD-CAM software.

Our machinery pool has the following equipment:
- - 7 horizontal Lathes with numerical control
- - 2 horizontal double-headstock lathes with numerical control (for components up to 500 mm diameter)
- - 1 horizontal lathe with numerical control, axis Y, sub-spindle and gantry robot. (for components up to 500 mm diameter)
- - 1 horizontal Zayer machining center with bedplate with 40 tools (up to 2m long)
- - 2 horizontal Mitsui-seiki machining centers with double pallet (pallet - 600mm)
- - 1 horizontal Soraluce machining center with double pallet (pallet - 600mm)
- - 1 vertical Kitamura machining center (table: 700 x 500 x 560 mm)
- - 1 vertical Quaser machining center (table: 1000 x 500 x 560 mm)
- - 2 conical gear indenter machines, Gleasson type (up to module 6)
- - 4 milling cutter gear indenter machines (up to module 5,5)
- - 1 gear indenter machine for closed pinions
- - 1 gear shaper cutting machine
- - 1 gear shaving machine
- - 1 vertical broaching machine with capacity for 3 broaches
- - 1 points grinding machine (up to 1m long)
- - 1 external grinding machine (up to diameter 200mm and 500 long)
- - 1 internal grinding machine (up to diameter 100mm)
- - 2 CNC external grinding machine (up to diameter 200 mm and 1000 long)
